Owner Benefits are provided to all Swope customers who purchase a Premier Pre-Owned vehicle:
· Seven day Exchange
Driving a different vehicle takes a few days to adjust to, but if you find that the vehicle you purchased just doesn’t meet your needs, simply return the vehicle in the same condition and within the mileage limitations and select a more satisfying model of equal or greater value (customer to assume difference).
- 24-Hour Emergency Roadside Rescue
Sam Swope Auto Group offers our customers free Emergency Roadside Rescue within Jefferson County for as long as you own the vehicle. Includes assistance for lock-outs, jump starts, flat tires, out-of-fuel, and minor repairs. While not a tow service, if towing is necessary it can be arranged for an additional charge. Simply call any of our dealerships or direct to 502-499-4500 for instructions.
Please refer your friends, family, and acquaintances to Swope so we may demonstrate our products and our high level of customer service. Every Swope dealership offers a referral bonus to a customer who sends us new business. Each dealership’s program varies slightly and may change from time to time. If you have a friend or family member in the market for an automobile, call your salesperson or a sales manager at the appropriate dealership, before that friend has made their first visit to see us, and give us their name and phone number. The only requirement is that the referral be made before the demonstration and sale. If we are successful in satisfying your referral’s transportation needs by delivering a new or used vehicle, you will be rewarded. It’s that simple.
Your loyalty is rewarded at Sam Swope in the form of "Swope Bucks," good toward free service or parts, with each additional purchase in the same owner name. For example, 2nd car purchased, get $200 in free service; 3rd car purchased, get $300 in free service; 4th car purchased, get $400 in free service, up to $500 maximum with each additional purchase. Just present copies of your Buyer's Orders (dated after January 1, 2001) at the time of your next purchase.
Customers who display a Sam Swope service emblem or license plate frame will receive a 10% parts discount (up to $25) off service performed in any Sam Swope dealership. This discount may be applied in addition to our own periodically published coupons. Collision Center repairs excluded.

For new vehicle purchasers, some manufacturers provide loaner cars for service visits. Please inquire of your salesperson. For your convenience Swope also offers:
Rental Car Discount - Schedule a rental car from Enterprise Rental Car for any service visit and receive a special low daily rate for Sam Swope customers. Ask your service advisor for assistance.
Complimentary Courtesy Shuttle - Drop your car off for service and receive a complimentary ride to and from your work, home, or shopping destination. Please inquire regarding your dealership's daily schedule.
· Free Appraisals
We’ll buy for your car even if you don’t buy one from us! Stop by any dealership for a complimentary appraisal at any time. We purchase vehicles from private owners with payment by check the same day (Monday through Friday).
